1. Today is my Friday! Heading down to North Carolina tomorrow morning for the weekend. Friday we’re hitting up the State Fair to see Cookie Monster. Friday night we’ll head into Chapel Hill to go to Late Night with Roy* and then out. Saturday is the UNC/Miami football game complete with pre/post game festivities (likely some blue cup and champagne at He’s Not). There’s a group of about 16 of us going, so should be a lot of fun! Then heading back to Chi on Sunday, likely after some Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen, and in time for SNF with the Bears!  *The last time I was at “Late night with Roy” it was at KANSAS! I can convince myself it’s ok to cheer on UNC for football. But NOT for basketball. I feel like I’m cheating on my Jayhawks! But anyway, should be a fun weekend :)
