1. Better late than never… spent last Friday in NC at the State Fair! It was an absolutely gorgeous day. Perfect to be outside watching pigs, eating everything fried you can think of and speding too much money playing carnival games and riding the rides.  We didn’t make it from the airport in time to see 2 year old Beau show his pig (Cookie Monster!!). But we saw the video and it was the most adorable thing ever. And he placed!! Overall, amazing day at the fair with the Beam Family before heading to Chapel Hill for a sports filled weekend!
