1. Sometimes things just work out. I was in NY over the weekend and my bff from college, LJL, was flying in Sunday night to go to the KU game. So we met for dinner at Toloache in Midtown before my horribly early flight Monday morning. Amazing sangria (pictured), great food, horrible waitress, apologetic tequilla shots drinks (thanks WBB for pointing out that they were intended to be sipped vs shot. we still took them as shots), and great company. Miss her so much! So good catching up.
