1. I believe the saying is, “You’ll never regret going for a run. You’ll always regret not going for a run.” That pretty much frames up my run tonight. I did NOT want to go. But I did. And am so glad I did. Great run. Gorgeous night. Gotta take advantage of this weather as long as I can!!
